Process and Quality Manager

Genome is everything users need from the traditional banks, but safer, faster and completely online.

We are a Lithuanian-based Electronic Money Institution licensed by the Bank of Lithuania.

Genome is a B2B/B2C EU-oriented company, which offers personal, business, and merchant account opening, payment processing, money exchange, internal, SEPA, and SWIFT transfers, as well as other banking operations completely online. Clients can manage all their funds and accounts within our smart dashboard, which is in a desktop version, or through an app on Android and iOS.

Genome is looking for Process and Quality Manager

Key Responsibilities

  • according to the company's strategy, creates and implementss innovative advanced process and quality management systems individually adapted to particular departments and company;
  • creates and implements monitoring and control system of quality assurance and processes, be responsible for their improvement;
  • determines key performance indicators for departments and employees; measures, evaluates and reports on these indicators;
  • collects and processes information about company’s processes, analyzes, identifies the gaps an opportunities for process optimization, suggests improvements on operational and internal communication processes;
  • is responsible for documenting of information about processes and quality requirements, modeling of processes;
  • provides suggestions to the management and departments regarding the continuous improvement of operational activities, processes and quality;
  • periodically, according to the apptoved plan, carries out internal checks of internal processes and procedures, departments;
  • prepares methodological training materials related to quality and process improvement

Skills & Experience

  • 2y + of experience of similar work (QA, QA and process management, internal audit), experience of project management;
  • experience of work in Fintech, AML, Client support realms considered as high advantage;
  • confident user of Microsoft Office, knowledge of Confluence, Jira, other analytical system;
  • strong analytical skills with ability to collect, organize, analyze information with attention to details and accuracy;
  • ability to work effectively within a team, cross functionally, as well as independently.
  • good written and oral communication skills;
  • excellent English & Lithuanian communication skills both written & verbal. Verbal Russian or Ukrainian would be an advantage.
