Genome is everything users need from the traditional banks, but safer, faster and completely online.

We are a Lithuanian-based Electronic Money Institution licensed by the Bank of Lithuania.

Genome is a B2B/B2C EU-oriented company, which offers personal, business, and merchant account opening, payment processing, money exchange, internal, SEPA, and SWIFT transfers, as well as other banking operations completely online. Clients can manage all their funds and accounts within our smart dashboard, which is in a desktop version, or through an app on Android and iOS.

Genome is looking for an Account Manager !

BUSINESS CLIENTS SUPPORT AND CLAIM RESOLUTION

• helping in building a Customer Experience Management Strategy;
• building and maintaining strong, long-lasting relationships with new and existing clients;
• analysis of the activities of the company's clients, identification of problems;
• issues solving instantly in order to ensure key business clients' satisfaction;
• collaborating with internal departments to facilitate client needs fulfillment;
• maintaining updated knowledge of company products and services.

UPSALES FOR EXISTING MERCHANTS

• finding suitable solutions for existing key merchants in order to increase companies revenue;
• preparing commercial proposals and pricing negotiations;
• understanding the concept of client business in order to up-sale the client;
• extensive, accurate product knowledge.

NEW BUSINESS CLIENTS ONBOARDING

• taking over business clients brought by the Sales team for the future Sales cycle;
• taking care of business clients on-boarding cycle;
• understand the basics of the technical side of processing.

• previous experience in Account management, experience in Financial sector will be consider as an advantage;
• degree in Finance, Economics, Accountancy or similar field will be an advantage;
• professional user of Microsoft Office;
• good written and oral communication skills;
• fluent Lithuanian and English (spoken and written);
• ability to explain complex information clearly and simply, listen effectively and build strong partnership networks.

Compensation

Salary : €2,645 - €3,636 gross monthly* .

*Final compensation will be determined based on the candidate's qualifications, skills, and previous experience

• covering expenses for participation in professional events.
