Data Analyst

Genome is everything users need from the traditional banks, but safer, faster and completely online.

We are a Lithuanian-based Electronic Money Institution licensed by the Bank of Lithuania.

Genome is a B2B/B2C EU-oriented company, which offers personal, business, and merchant account opening, payment processing, money exchange, internal, SEPA, and SWIFT transfers, as well as other banking operations completely online. Clients can manage all their funds and accounts within our smart dashboard, which is in a desktop version, or through an app on Android and iOS.

Genome is looking for a Data Analyst !

• be a contact point for Analytics related questions for the KYC and AML departments, conduct ad-hoc analysis and provide answers to data-related inquiries;

• work with KYC and AML departments in building reporting solutions for different purposes, such as tracking performance and KPIs;

• work with Quality Assurance department to setup performance measures and tracking;

• collaborate with engineering to load and model the data;

• build and support the regulation reporting;

• participate in data quality management and improvement initiatives.

• 2+ years experience in Data Analytics;
• track record of providing actionable insights and recommendations;
• experience analyzing and manipulating complex datasets using SQL;
• proficiency in at least one data visualization tool;
• comfortable working in a dynamic environment;
• ability to collaborate and communicate professionally;
• strong written and spoken English language skills.

Will be a plus:

• experience working in KYC and AML areas;
• experience in working with AWS tools such as Redshift, Athena, Quicksight;
• experience in working with GCP tools such as Google Big Query and Looker;
• Python knowledge;
• experience in FinTech.

Compensation

Salary : €2,800 - €3,500 gross monthly* .

*Final compensation will be determined based on the candidate's qualifications, skills, and previous experience.
