Marketing Analyst

Clients can manage all their funds and accounts within our innovative dashboard, which is in a desktop version or through an app on Android and iOS.

Genome is looking for a Marketing Analyst!

• Work with marketing analytics tools for tracking and optimization purposes.
• Contribute to the development and maintenance of client acquisition journey mapping.
• Analyze marketing data, campaigns, and channels to optimize ad spending.
• Conduct experiments and A/B tests of campaign structures for effective optimization.
• Create reporting dashboards that provide data-driven insights for business stakeholders.
• Oversee business accounts and ensure seamless integrations with advertising partners.
• Conduct market research to identify fresh ideas and growth opportunities.
• Collaborate with external partners and cross-functional teams (analysts, product, and technology).

• A minimum of 1 year of experience working with marketing data.
• Proven expertise in utilizing web/app analytics platforms.
• Proficiency in SQL databases for effective data handling.
• Proficiency in at least one data visualization tool, preferably QuickSight or Looker Studio.
• Understanding of events, cross-device journey mapping, and mobile attribution.
• Ability to conduct A/B testing and statistical experiments for marketing campaign optimization.
• Practical experience working with proprietary administrative CRM systems.
• Knowledge of digital marketing channels and their key performance indicators.
• Experience in managing business accounts of advertising networks (Google, Meta, etc.).
• Proficiency in Excel or spreadsheets for data manipulation and analysis.

Compensation

Salary range: €2,800 - €3,300 - gross monthly*

*Final compensation will be determined based on the candidate's qualifications, skills, and previous experience
