Head of Analytics

Genome is a B2B/B2C EU-oriented company, which offers personal, business, and merchant account opening, payment processing, money exchange, internal, SEPA, and SWIFT transfers, as well as other banking operations completely online. Clients can manage all their funds and accounts within our smart dashboard, which is in a desktop version, or through an app on Android and iOS.

Genome is looking for Head of Analytics !

• manage multicultural team of analysts, report builders and BI data engineers;
• сreate and analyze business key performance metrics and competitive trending;
• design, support and assess periodical regulatory reporting;
• business Intelligence development (data search and capturing, creation of automated reports and dashboards), including modeling and deep inside analytics;
• create forecasts using operational and statistical tools and models;
• collaborate with business, marketing, finance, and technology partners to determine needs and establish data collection requirements.
• translate business requirements into tracking specs;
• establish proper processes and tools for data quality management and data validation;
• work with engineering team to deploy and maintain accurate tracking of BI system availability, timelines and correctness.

• knowledge of cloud BI and marketing analytics tools such as QuickSight, Google Analytics, Amplitude, etc.;
• proficiency in querying and manipulating complex raw datasets for analysis using SQL;
• 3+ years product/web/data analytics experience;
• Head / Lead experience;
• strong communication skills and ability to structure requirements and data for clear communication with multi-faceted teams including business, engineering, analytics, and marketing;
• experience with financial analytics.

Compensation

Salary range: €5,785 - €6,280 gross monthly*

*Final compensation will be determined based on the candidate's qualifications, skills, and previous experience.
