Regional Sales Manager

Genome is everything users need from the traditional banks, but safer, faster and completely online. Genome is a Lithuanian Electronic Money Institution licensed by the Bank of Lithuania, serving B2B and B2C clients across Europe. We offer fully online financial services, including account opening, payment processing, currency exchange, and debit card issuing. Clients manage their funds through a user-friendly dashboard accessible on desktops and mobile apps for Android and iOS. Genome is looking for a Regional Sales Manager!

Key Responsibilities

  • drive revenue growth and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets across core industries;
  • identify, qualify, and secure new business via strategic outreach and relationship-building;
  • develop and execute sales plans targeting both established and emerging players in iGaming, fintech, and payments;
  • engage leads through cold/warm outreach: email, phone, video, and in-person meetings;
  • negotiate complex deals and build long-term client relationships through upselling and account expansion;
  • manage a structured sales pipeline with clear visibility on stages, forecasts, and KPIs;
  • partner with product, compliance/AML, and marketing teams to tailor value propositions by sector;
  • ensure smooth handovers to internal teams for onboarding and customer success.

Skills & Experience

  • 3+ years in B2B sales or business development, preferably in payments, fintech, or financial services. Experience in iGaming is a strong plus;
  • proven success in managing and growing accounts across high-value digital verticals;
  • deep understanding of online payments, transaction flows, and regulatory frameworks;
  • proficiency with digital sales tools (e.g., Hunter.io, MixMax, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, CRM systems) is a strong plus;
  • skilled in business case development, pipeline forecasting;
  • fluent in English (additional languages are a plus);
  • strong communicator, negotiator, and relationship-builder;
  • self-starter with an entrepreneurial mindset and ability to open new markets.
