We are a Lithuanian-based Electronic Money Institution licensed by the Bank of Lithuania.

Genome is a B2B/B2C EU-oriented company, which offers personal, business, and merchant account opening, payment processing, money exchange, internal, SEPA, and SWIFT transfers, as well as other banking operations completely online. Clients can manage all their funds and accounts within our smart dashboard, which is in a desktop version, or through an app on Android and iOS.

Genome is looking for an Senior Recruiter !

• manage end-to-end recruitment for technical and non-technical roles (mainly product, engineering, operations);
• partner with hiring managers to define job requirements and selection criteria, and develop a tailored recruitment strategy for each open role;
• proactively source candidates via LinkedIn, niche platforms, and inbound applications from the corporate careers page;
• build strong talent pipelines in FinTech and digital banking domains;
• run structured interview processes and ensure a strong candidate experience;
• track key metrics (time-to-hire, pipeline conversion) and continuously improve;
• support employer branding via social media (Linkedin and other platforms).

• 2–4 years of full-cycle recruitment experience, ideally within the FinTech sector;
• proven track record in sourcing talent across the Lithuanian and broader EU markets;
• strong sourcing expertise, including proficiency in Boolean search and LinkedIn Recruiter;
• excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with a collaborative mindset;
• genuine interest in new technologies and AI-driven approaches to modern recruitment;
• fluent in English, both spoken and written.

Salary range: 3000 - 3500 EUR Gross monthly*

*Final compensation will be determined based on the candidate's qualifications, skills, and previous experience.
