Senior HR Business Partner

We are a Lithuanian-based Electronic Money Institution licensed by the Bank of Lithuania.

Genome is a B2B/B2C EU-oriented company, which offers personal, business, and merchant account opening, payment processing, money exchange, internal, SEPA, and SWIFT transfers, as well as other banking operations completely online. Clients can manage all their funds and accounts within our smart dashboard, which is in a desktop version, or through an app on Android and iOS.

Genome is looking for an Senior HR Business Partner !

• ensure the smooth onboarding/offboarding process;
• implement the practice of mood monitoring and risk and value, ensuring their consistency and effectiveness;
• provide consultancy and coaching to line managers and employees on people-related matters, ensuring business efficiency and alignment with corporate values;
• support performance management and employee engagement initiatives;
• ensure compliance with Lithuanian labor laws and GDPR regulations in the tight collaboration with Legal Department;
• coordinate the recruitment process in partnership with external recruiting companies;
• organize training programs to develop skills aligned with FinTech needs;
• address employee relations and promote a collaborative workplace culture;
• promote and support corporate culture, alignment with values, ensuring effective communication between specialists within teams;
• participate in other HR-related projects across the company.

• 6+ years of HR experience, including an HR BP role;
• strong partnership with senior leaders and managers;
• experience across the full HR lifecycle, including performance, compensation, and employee relations;
• ability to use HR data and metrics to support decision-making;
• fluent English and Lithuanian (spoken and written);
• proactive, structured, and solution-oriented mindset.

Salary range: 4000 - 4300 EUR Gross monthly*

*Final compensation will be determined based on the candidate's qualifications, skills, and previous experience.
