How do I generate an IBAN?
You can open a SEPA-compatible IBAN account online by completing our streamlined digital onboarding process. As a personal wallet user, you get a free IBAN account. Once you upgrade to a business wallet, you get allocated a dedicated Euro IBAN account in your company's name.
Is the IBAN unique for each account?
Yes, every dedicated IBAN account is completely unique. A dedicated IBAN is issued directly in your company's name and is unique to your business, as opposed to shared or pooled arrangements where incoming payments require reference numbers to be matched. Unlike a generic virtual IBAN for business, your dedicated business IBAN includes specific country and bank routing identifiers, ensuring incoming client transfers clear directly into your business wallet without reconciliation delays.
How do clients transfer money to my business IBAN account?
To receive payments, provide your business IBAN and company name to the sender. They simply enter your details into their banking app or online portal to send funds directly to your euro IBAN account via SEPA, SEPA Instant, or international money transfer.
What is the difference between an IBAN and a standard account number?
