Open and manage accounts through a smartphone

You can effortlessly open additional personal and business multi-currency accounts through the Genome app. Just click See all at the top of your accounts listed, tap the plus sign, and select the currency you want to open an account in: EUR, USD, GBP, PLN, CHF, JPY, CAD, CZK, HUF, SEK, or AUD. You can access the account details and history via the app at any time!

Send transfers with just a few taps

Making payments has never been easier! Open your app, go to the Transfers tab, and use the transfer option you prefer. Via the app, you can send SEPA Instant and Credit Transfers, internal Genome transfers, and exchange money between your accounts. Business wallet users who are eligible also get access to international money transfers. Additionally, you can easily manage your scheduled payments from your smartphone!

Order multiple cards via the app

Forget about annoying visits to bank branches just to order a card. With Genome’s app, it is possible in just a few clicks! Access your virtual Visa cards straight away or order physical debit cards to be delivered to you! Effortlessly link your cards to EUR, USD, GBP, PLN, CHF, CZK, HUF, and SEK accounts. Also, the cards can be completely managed via the app, from ordering more cards and setting spending limits to adding cards to Google Pay and Apple Pay or blocking the lost card!

Enhance security and stay informed via the app

Enable biometric authentication

You can add another layer of protection to your accounts and data by enabling biometric authentication. It is more reliable than SMS authentication, as those can be more vulnerable to phishing attacks. Moreover, SMS can not always arrive on time due to poor connection. To enable biometric authentication, go to your Security tab and switch it on.
