Senior Product Manager (AML area)
Genome is a fully digital financial platform that delivers everything users expect from traditional banking, faster, safer, and online. We are a Lithuania-based Electronic Money Institution licensed by the Bank of Lithuania, serving both businesses and individuals, primarily across the EU and beyond.
Our platform offers a wide range of services, including dedicated IBAN accounts, payment processing, currency exchange, and local and international transfers (SEPA and SWIFT). Clients can manage their finances through a smart, intuitive dashboard available on desktops and mobile apps for iOS and Android.
Genome is looking for an Senior Product Manager (AML area)!
Key Responsibilities
Strategy & Roadmap
- Shape AML product vision and roadmap, translating regulation, business goals, and market trends into concrete priorities and deliverables.
Delivery
- Run the full product lifecycle — discovery, prioritization, build, launch, iteration — working closely and directly with Engineering, Design, Compliance, and KYC/AML teams.
- Prioritize by customer impact, regulatory need, and business value.
Stakeholders
- Partner with KYC/AML, and Compliance teams to turn their needs into product decisions.
- Use data and user feedback to guide the roadmap.
Performance
- Define and track product KPIs (efficiency, risk, customer experience); report progress and insights to stakeholders.
Skills & Experience
- Proven PM experience in fintech, digital banking, payments, or financial services.
- Solid AML/KYC and financial crime prevention knowledge — regulated-product experience is a strong plus.
- Strong discovery, prioritization, and data-driven decision-making skills.
- Ability to turn complex regulatory/business requirements into clear product delivery items for development team.
- Excellent stakeholder management and English communication.

Compensation
Salary starts from €6000 gross monthly*
*Final compensation will be determined based on the candidate's qualifications, skills, and previous experience
