Genome’s money transfer levels

To ensure your business accounts’ safety, Genome implemented additional protection measures so you can change the transfer limits depending on the company’s needs. Pass the quick questionnaire to verify the funds and send or receive money freely the next day.

Know your transfer limits at all times

You can always find out what your current transfer limit is on Genome’s dashboard. From there, go to settings and choose the Limits section. This is also a place where you can raise the limit level you have. Once you reach 70% of your starting limit, you will see a notification on your dashboard offering you to fill in a questionnaire to increase the limits.

What is your starting limit level

At first, your limits are 100 000 EUR for incoming and 100 000 EUR for outgoing transfers. You can increase the limit as soon as you start using your business wallet, or when you will see a notification on Genome’s dashboard suggesting you to fill in the questionnaire.

Increase the amount of money you can send and receive in Genome by filling in a quick questionnaire and setting limits you want, depending on your turnover. You are required to upload the documents to confirm the information you provide.

After you fill in the data, upload the documents to complete the limit change. We will notify you if the operation wasn’t successful, and you can contact the support team for any help with the process. Find all the available account levels on your dashboard. Let us know if you need a higher account limit.
