How Genome’s direct payouts work

The money your customers pay for goods and services is primarily transferred to the settlement account. There, money will be settled for a settlement period with some amount reserved and used for a rolling reserve. When the period ends, the direct payout will be transferred to your dedicated business IBAN account automatically and ready for your daily needs.

Track your settlement account and direct payouts

The settlement periods for merchants differ and depend on many factors. Contact us to discuss and set a settlement period that lasts from 1 to 7 days. You can oversee your settlement account from the merchant portal in real-time, with displayed payout date and payout amount counted for you to plan your other business transactions.

We offer merchant accounts with seamless payment processing, hosted payment pages and other merchant services. After opening a business account within Genome, simply apply for a merchant account completely online, no need to visit banks as Genome is a licensed Electronic Money Institution.
