Chief Commercial Officer
Genome is a fully digital financial platform that delivers everything users expect from traditional banking, faster, safer, and online. We are a Lithuania-based Electronic Money Institution licensed by the Bank of Lithuania, serving both businesses and individuals, primarily across the EU and beyond.
Our platform offers a wide range of services, including dedicated IBAN accounts, payment processing, currency exchange, and local and international transfers (SEPA and SWIFT). Clients can manage their finances through a smart, intuitive dashboard available on desktops, as well as mobile apps for iOS and Android.
Genome is looking for a a Chief Commercial Officer!
Key Responsibilities
- Shape and implement strategies for business development, sales, and partnerships
- Build lasting relationships with clients, delivering long-term value for both them and the company.
- Collaborate with product, marketing, and tech teams to deliver outstanding customer experiences.
- Identify new market opportunities and refine our go-to-market approach.
- Lead and inspire a dynamic sales team — setting goals, tracking performance, and cultivating a high-energy, success-oriented culture.
- Manage budgets and resources efficiently, tracking key financial and sales metrics.
Skills & Experience
- Proven experience (+5 years) in a senior commercial, sales, or business development role.
- Strong understanding of FinTech industry, finance market dynamics, customer behavior, and competitive landscapes.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Demonstrated ability to think strategically and execute effectively.
- Proven ability to drive collaboration across departments and ensure commercial strategies align with company goals.
- Experience in public speaking at financial conferences is a strong advantage.

Compensation
Salary range : €8,000 - €10,000 gross monthly*
*Final compensation will be determined based on the candidate's qualifications, skills, and previous experience
