KYC and Customer Due Diligence (CDD) Specialist

We are a Lithuania-based Electronic Money Institution licensed by the Bank of Lithuania, serving both businesses and individuals, primarily across the EU and beyond.
Our platform offers a wide range of services, including dedicated IBAN accounts, payment processing, currency exchange, and local and international transfers (SEPA and SWIFT). Clients can manage their finances through a smart, intuitive dashboard available on desktops, as well as mobile apps for iOS and Android.
Genome is looking for a KYC and Customer Due Diligence (CDD) Specialist !
Key Responsibilities
- Evaluate intricate business applications, performing end-to-end CDD and EDD to ensure full transparency within our high-risk partnerships.
- Be the final word on e-commerce platforms seeking payment services, assessing their legitimacy and risk profile.
- Collaborate directly with clients to solve documentation problems, acting as a professional and knowledgeable company specialist.
- Don’t just follow the workflow—help us break and rebuild it. You’ll assist leadership in optimizing CDD processes for maximum efficiency.
- Share your knowledge by training new specialists and keeping our team’s collaborative intelligence high on AML legislation.
Skills & Experience
- At least 2 year in AML/KYC or Transaction Monitoring.
- Crucially, you possess direct experience navigating the complexities of high-risk portfolios within the fintech sector.
- You are naturally curious and independently driven to find the "why" behind the data.
- You have excellent skills of both Lithuanian and English (spoken and written).
- You possess a comprehensive understanding of AML legislation and holding an ACAMS certification is a significant advantage.
- You have completed (or are pursuing) higher education.

Compensation
Salary range: €2,400 - €3,200 gross monthly*
*Final compensation will be determined based on the candidate's qualifications, skills, and previous experience
